What is my username

You can find your username by opening the site menu (More - Settings), then select Profile. Your username is the unique name in "Username" field. You can edit it and then click Save.

What is my profile link

You can find your profile link by clicking on My profile on the left menu, then you can check your profile/page link in the web broser address bar. Your username is the unique name next to the @ symbol that you can also see in the upper left section of the menu.

Posting content

You are able to create posts by accessing the Create post page, where you can upload any kind of media you want.

Maximum File / Video Size

The maximum file attachment size is 100MB.

Appear in Suggestions

In order to appear in "Suggestions" for other users you need to have both avatar and cover image filled in. Go in Profile Settings and add an image for the avatar and cover.

Subscriptions

Once you get an account rolling, you will be able to purchase user subscriptions, send tips and unlock posts with credit/debit card, via Stripe. Once you have valid subscription to a user, you will then also be able to chat with him via the live messenger. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any given time.

How to create a subscription

Open the site menu, then select Rates. Enter a Monthly subscription amount before clicking Save.

What is an account wallet

An account wallet is an alternative to having your card on file - you can top up the wallet and spend your balance on your favorite creators on BELLAVERSO. Wallet

Does BELLAVERSO withhold taxes from payments?

No. BELLAVERSO does not withhold any taxes from your funds earned on our platform.

Withdrawals 

Withdrawals can be requested by authors at any given time. We allow Bank Transfer and the transfer are manuall made by as a two factor check. BELLAVERSO takes a 20% commission fee on all earnings. Withdraw
